Spring (what) Flowers

What's this?

Durian Flower? Mutated Dandelion?  No..... It's actually a spring onion flower!

I didn't know that spring onions have flowers too? Our spring onion is so big and huge, it flowered. The flower is so heavy the whole stalk is leaning towards our Oregano Patch like the Tower of Pisa. Aunt said she might pull it out as the spring onion is like a bloody tree now and does not taste nice. I wonder it taste like? The flower...

I love to walk around uncle's garden. Always something new there :)
